SUMMARY:Drivers for Wood Construction
DESCRIPTION:The second international Drivers for Wood Construction event including Rothoschool on tour will be held in Joensuu 21.-22.10.2020. The first Drivers for Wood Construction seminar in September 2019 brought together over 180 wood construction professionals from 12 countries\, and this year the event is expected to be even bigger. \nDrivers for Wood Construction 2020 starts on October 21st with Rothoschool On Tour. Rothoschool brings the European leading experts to Joensuu to share their knowledge on construction physics\, wood joint techniques\, building codes\, and building information modelling (BIM). The training will go deep into the technical details and solutions and provides you with useful tools to be applied in daily work. \nThe seminar day on October 22nd will offer insights to the wood construction. The themes of the sessions are Future building solutions and Low carbon construction. Morning session will be held in Finnish and afternoon session in English.
