DESCRIPTION:The third edition of Smart Regions Conference will take place between 14-15 November 2019\, at the EGG Center in Brussels\, Belgium \nGlobalisation\, new technologies and the transition to a climate neutral\, circular economy are radically changing our societies and economies. Tackling these challenges calls for urgent deployment of new solutions and requires profound\, systemic transformations.
