In the first part of the session Farha Brami (Network Manager, Vanguard Initiative) will give general introduction to Vanguard Initiative (approx. 10.00 – 11.00) and tell about the possibilities that the network offers to East and North Finland regional actors.
In the second part of the session (approx. 11.00 – 11.30) Eerikki Vainio (Special Advisor, East and North Finland EU office) and Riikka Tanskanen (Project Manager, ELMO II) will tell about Regional Innovation Valleys.
