Fotoniikan koulutus tulevaisuudessa -webinaari
Fotoniikan ala kasvaa merkittävästi koko Euroopassa ja alan yritykset tarvitsevat jatkuvasti uusia eri koulutusasteen osaajia. Joensuun Fotoniikan Koulutuspolku -projektissa (JFK) pilotoitiin ainutlaatuinen yritysten tarpeita vastaava fotoniikan koulutuspolku toiselta asteelta aina tohtorikoulutukseen saakka. Fotoniikan koulutus tulevaisuudessa -tapahtumassa esitellään toteutettuja koulutuksia, otetaan hyvistä käytänteistä opiksi sekä luodaan katse tuleviin koulutustarpeisiin. Tapahtuma on suunnattu fotoniikka-alan yrityksille ja toimijoille mutta myös oppilaitoksille, jotka ovat kiinnostuneita fotoniikan koulutuksen kehittämisestä.

Euroopan metsäinstituutti (EFI) järjestää webinaarin, joka tarjoaa tiedeyhteisön näkökulmia Euroopan vihreän kehityksen ohjelmasta (Green Deal) ja sen vaikutuksesta metsäalaan. Aiheina ovat muun muassa ohjelman vahvuudet ja heikkoudet metsien hyödyntämisestä ekologisen, taloudellisen sekä sosiaalisen kestävyyden kannalta. Lisäksi tapahtumassa ideoidaan metsäalan mahdollisuuksia ohjelman ilmastotavoitteiden saavuttamiseksi.

Itä- ja Pohjois-Suomen ELMO-yhteistyökumppanit ja EU-toimisto järjestävät sarjan kumppanuuswebinaareja Itä- ja Pohjois-Suomen eurooppalaisista kumppanuuksista. Toisen webinaarin teemana on eurooppalaiset metsäteemaiset verkostot. Kutsumme tilaisuuteen mukaan erityisesti näissä kumppanuuksissa aktiivisesti toimivia asiantuntijoita, mutta myös muut kiinnostuneet ovat tervetulleita kuulolle ja keskustelemaan. ELMO Klusterikoulutus
Käynnistimme tammikuussa 2020 ELMO klusterikoulutusten sarjan Kokkolassa koulutuksella, johon osallistui yli 30 klustereiden, yritysten ja liiketoiminnan kehittämisen parissa työskentelevää henkilöä Itä- ja Pohjois-Suomesta. Järjestämme nyt kesäkuun alussa Itä- ja Pohjois-Suomen ELMO-yhteistyön puitteissa järjestyksessään toisen koulutuksen. Kevään poikkeusolosuhteista johtuen järjestämme koulutuksen tällä kertaa verkossa. Koulutuksen teemana on klustereiden kansalliset sekä kansainväliset rahoitusmahdollisuudet. Koulutuksessa esitellään Business Finlandin verkostoitumis-, kansainvälistymis-, sekä rahoituspalveluja ekosysteemeille sekä tutustutaan Testbed Finland konseptiin, jonka tavoitteena on nostaa suomalaisia testialustoja globaaleiksi toimijoiksi.
