Euroopan komissio järjestää 4.–5. helmikuuta 2020 Brysselissä tapahtuman ”International Conference on Forests for Biodiversity and Climate”. Tapahtuman tarkoituksena on keskustella metsien suojelusta luonnon monimuotoisuuden ja ilmastotavoitteiden näkökulmasta ja EU:n roolista globaaleissa metsäkysymyksissä. Lisäksi konferenssissa pohditaan erilaisia sääntelyä koskevia ratkaisuja. Rekisteröityminen konferenssiin on avoinna 8. tammikuuta 2020 saakka täällä. Osallistujat valitaan ilmoittautumisjärjestyksessä. Tilaisuus on maksuton. Lisätietoa löydät TÄÄLTÄ.

This workshop is jointly organised as part of the Stairway to Excellence (S2E) project and the Smart Specialisation Platform on Energy (S3PEnergy) initiative, managed by the JRC, in close cooperation with DG REGIO and DG ENER.
