Vanguard: Overview and opportunities for ENF + Regional Innovation Valley info

Farha Brami will give general introduction to Vanguard Initiative (approx. 10.00 – 11.00) and she will tell about the possibilities that the network offers to East and North Finland regional actors.
In the other part of the session (approx. 11.00 – 11.30) Eerikki Vainio and Riikka Tanskanen will tell about Regional Innovation Valleys.
